Needed to add more cardio to my routine so I went to the boxing gym for my second workout of the day. Burned 934 calories in boxing + 343 calories at Clackfit = 1277 calories  (at San Jose Boxing And Fitness)

Took a #selfie before doing cardio today. 20 mins stairmill + 15 mins rowing + 20 mins incline treadmill = ~800 calories burned

Been hitting the weights pretty hard @clackfit so weekends are cardio & yoga to work on endurance and flexibility.  (at 24 Hour Fitness - San Jose, CA)

Didn’t feel like having a cold salad despite the heat today. Instead,  I chopped everything up and sautéed it for about 5 mins for a healthy stirfry. 

Turkey, sugar plum tomatoes, artichoke hearts and greens sautéed in avocado oil and drizzled with a balsamic vinaigrette.

I thought I would share this quote.  ☆Be happy.☆ Have a happiness attitude everyday because life is to short to be miserable.  While I’m not doing cartwheels all day everyday,  I do find joy in a lot of little things, like waking up to freshly made coffee, watching my niece turn everything into Ninja turtles or hanging out with my nephew watching our shows. 

Whatever makes you happy, just do it, don’t wait around because no one is going to do it for you.  (at Starbucks)
